London Fashion Week Day 2: Sibling

Make way for the Sibling coven! I’ve been a fan of the Sibling trio for quite some time. Joe Bates, Cozette McCreery and Sid Bryan have really settled themselves into the industry and knitwear pioneers. What I like about them most is they’ve recognised that they excel in knitwear and that’s all they want to do. They don’t try to be anything or anyone else. They’re just genuine and making brilliant clothes at the same time. This collection featured colourful floral details, bejeweled denim, tattered leg warmers, sensational knits and socks with heels; a trend that we’ve been seeing quite a lot of from New York Fashion Week from the likes of Tory Burch, Donna Karan and Vera Wang. I think it looks absolutely charming. We also saw a little bit of drama on the catwalk as one model, wearing a black floppy witches hat; a beautiful white knitted dress with a small train and black heels, abandoned her heels as they kept getting caught in the dress. It seems heels and a knitted dress equals disaster. I seriously felt for her, but at least she looked gorgeous!
