Society, n. /səˈsʌɪɪti/

Artificial habitats of chameleons,

changing their colours into

sick greens,

and boring browns,

and party pinks,

to fit,

but ultimately to escape

predators

always on the hunt

for their next meal

to keep their system going.

Shame,

I’m a fly hiding

among the leaves of a tree.
